Exchange and/or Return Policy for Pepegangaonline.com and Terms and Conditions when placing Orders

By purchasing products through Pepegangaonline I understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

  • It is the responsibility of the ordering customer to provide correct and complete information for the delivery of the ordered merchandise.
  • If by inadvertent error, at the time of placing your order the product ordered is not available, the order will be cancelled. Substitute products will not be offered.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the merchandise is not available, is identified as risky or possible fraud, etc.
  • We reserve the right to have the carrier request verification of the photo ID and credit/debit card used to place the order.
  • We do not guarantee delivery time once the order is dispatched from our warehouses. This corresponds to the delivery service chosen by the customer purchasing the merchandise.
  • Merchandise ordered by USPS may take a minimum of three weeks to be received from the date it was ordered. You can check the delivery status using the tracking number received at the time the order is processed. Any claim regarding delivery must be made directly with USPS using that number. Claims can be made at the nearest USPS office or by email by accessing and following the instructions provided on USPS.com in the “Claims” section.
  • We reserve the right to have the order delivered exclusively to the address listed in the payment method used to pay for the order.
  • We reserve the right to have the order delivered only to the person who placed the order.
  • We reserve the right to contact the customer who placed an order by email and/or telephone to verify, but not limited to, personal information, delivery information, information regarding the payment method, and so on.
  • A product that has been correctly shipped and delivered cannot be returned.
  • The customer has a period of 48 hours from the date they receive the merchandise to make any claim, whether it be for missing items in the order, breakage of merchandise, receipt of merchandise not ordered, and/or receipt of merchandise of incorrect size. You must contact 787-754-1856 to notify us and/or send an email to fmorales@pepegangapr.com
  • If a person receives an order that they claim they did not purchase and it was charged to a payment method that corresponds to them, using their personal data and for which they received confirmation to their email, they cannot accept delivery of the same and/or they must immediately contact 787-754-1856 to notify us and/or send an email to fmorales@pepegangapr.com If the merchandise is retained and they do not communicate within a period of 24 hours, no refund will be made to the payment method used since they voluntarily retained the delivered goods.
  • When specified by the product, any claim or warranty request is directly with the manufacturer. For example, swimming pools and household appliances such as and not limited to stoves, washing machines, refrigerators and others. Please refer to the Product Warranty section. Any claim must be directed to fmorales@pepegangapr.com or by phone at 787-754-1856 within a period of no more than 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • If you have to request a cancellation of an order, you must do so within 24 business hours after placing the order. You must call 787-754-1856 or send an email to fmorales@pepegangapr.com
  • In the event that an exception arises for a change or refund to be granted, it will be done according to the terms agreed upon in that particular case. These will be confirmed to the email address that the customer used at the time of placing the order.
  • Under no circumstances will a change or return be made for merchandise that is not in its original packaging, has been removed from the packaging, has been used or is broken and has not been informed or evidence of this presented 48 hours after receiving it.
  • Any case of fraudulent order or fraudulent refund claim, retention of non-corresponding merchandise, merchandise shipped correctly and not returned for which credit is requested to your payment method, will be legally processed using the resources provided by the laws of the Government of Puerto Rico and/or in the Federal judicial forum.

Product Warranty

  • The replacement warranties we offer are directly with the manufacturer. It applies, but is not limited to, the following brands of appliances and pools: Intex, Electrolux, Whirlpool (Amana and Maytag), Energizer, General Appliances, Milexus, Razor, Reliable (Inverters), Chic.   • In the case of products whose warranty is through pepegangaonline.com, you will have ten (10) days for any claim after receiving your purchase. You must contact us immediately on or before 10 days of receiving the merchandise through the email fmorales@pepegangaonline.com or by calling 787-754-1856. The parameters established in the Pepegangaonlie.com Exchange and/or Return Policy and Terms and Conditions apply when Orders are placed.
  • Seasonal products, as included in the description of each item, are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
