FRIGIDAIRE “GALLERY COLLECTION” PUERTO RICO PRODUCT WARRANTY

This product is guaranteed for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase, covering malfunctions and will be serviced at no cost for labor and parts. To make the warranty effective, request service through any of our customer service channels, always having the invoice or purchase receipt at hand, which must contain the specific product model and purchase date information.

CONDITIONS

  • Service for floor care products (vacuums, polishers, pressure washers), small appliances, water dispensers, and non-built-in microwaves will be provided directly at the authorized service center; no home visits will be made.
  • Service for major appliances of the white line will be provided at home within the urban perimeter of the city where the purchase is made or where there is an authorized service center, subject to the safety and accessibility conditions of the area.
  • The coverage of this warranty only applies within the national territory (Puerto Rico).
  • The warranty consists of repairing the product, replacing damaged parts, and transportation if necessary.
  • The warranty does not include external work such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, civil works, electricity, etc.
  • The service will be provided through our own technicians or an authorized service center.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

  • Use with inappropriate electrical installation or voltage different from the one indicated on the product's plate or data label.
  • Removal or alteration of the technical specifications plate and serial number.
  • Installation or use different from what appears in the instruction manual.
  • Domestic use products used for commercial, industrial, or profit purposes.
  • When the product has been disassembled or tampered with by persons other than authorized technicians or by failures resulting from faulty connections.
  • Accessories or consumables that show normal wear and tear or aesthetic parts such as handles, trays, filters, bases, displays, etc.
  • Use of non-original spare parts, accessories, and consumables.
  • Operational or aesthetic defects (condensation or sweating, stains, oxidation, corrosion, etc.) caused by environmental conditions (ambient humidity, inadequate working temperatures, exposure to the weather, etc.).
  • Physical damage caused by blows, broken parts and glasses, scratches, or dents after product delivery.
  • Damage caused by pests, rodents, insects, or other animals.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning.
  • Damage due to voltage variations in the power supply.

PRODUCT DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION POLICIES:

Product Delivery: Product delivery at no shipping cost, some exceptions apply for coverage zone, security and access, generating additional cost.

Product delivery is made at the street level, the service of maneuvering in flights, delivery floor 1+, is not included.

Product Installation:

  • The installation service for stoves, refrigerators, laundry centers, and washing machines is not included in the product price; if required, it has an additional cost. Product Changes and Returns Policies:

If there is a malfunction of the covered product within the warranty period, it is necessary to follow the established process in our service warranty policy, request the repair service at Email: serviciofrigidairepr@electrolux.com

The factory warranty covers manufacturing defects that partially or totally prevent the correct functioning of the product.

Product change request due to damage:

  • The product has scratches or dents at the time of receipt.
  • The product arrived incomplete.
  • There is an error in the delivered product (Model, requested Color).

To make the product change, the following must be considered:

  • The product must not have been connected, installed, used, or show any deterioration, and must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • The product must have all its accessories, original packaging, labels, and factory manuals in perfect condition, without exception.

The claim applies only within the first 5 business days after receiving the product. It is necessary to have the purchase ticket or invoice to make the claim valid.
